Since our items come from our various warehouses across the country, sometimes there are delays in shipping.  However, our goal is to have all items (except custom embroidery items) shipped to you within 3 days after order received.  Shipping will be what the warehouse charges us, unless stated otherwise.  All embroidery items will be shipped at actual cost of shipping.
