Installation Notes:
Allow the stove to cool completely before servicing. Remove the door if required and carefully take out the damaged glass and old gasket material. Clean the glass channel thoroughly. Install a new tape gasket (sold separately) around the perimeter of the glass, position the panel evenly, and secure retainers without overtightening to allow for proper thermal expansion.
Important:
This is not tempered glass. Tempered glass is unsafe for wood-burning stoves and can fail at temperatures above 450F. Ceramic, pyro-ceramic, and neo-ceramic glass are engineered to withstand continuous temperatures up to 1,400F with minimal thermal expansion, ensuring long-term safety and performance.
