Scotts® Turf Builder® Halts® Crabgrass Preventer with Lawn Food is a pre-emergent weed killer and fertilizer that stops crabgrass before it invades while feeding grass for a fast green-up after winter. It also prevents barnyard grass, foxtail, Poa annua, chickweed, oxalis, and other broadleaf and grassy weeds. The added fertilizer strengthens grass roots, promoting a healthier, more resilient lawn. Safe for most grass types, this formula remains effective even after rain, snow, or freezing conditions post-application.
