Tempered glass is not suitable for wood or coal stove use and may shatter when exposed to sustained heat above 450F. Our pyro-ceramic glass is specifically engineered for high-temperature environments and maintains integrity up to 1,400F with minimal thermal expansion.

Always leave a minimum of 1/8″ clearance around the glass for thermal expansion. Use a high-temperature-rated tape gasket (sold separately) to ensure a proper, airtight seal.
